We offer a respectful environment to patients and colleagues that is free of discrimination.
There is a ZERO tolerance policy in our clinic for abuse or disrespectful behaviour aimed at any staff member. Inappropriate behaviour, language or aggression will result in immediate dismissal from my practice.

Appointments
It is important that patients honour their scheduled appointments
Failure to do so deprives other patients from accessing care in a timely fashion. Please arrive promptly for your appointment times.
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a missed appointment charge.

Walk-In Clinics
To ensure that you receive the best possible care, we kindly ask that you refrain from using walk-in clinics, including virtual family medicine clinics, unless it is truly an emergency.
